The tab your buyer opens before replying
Your SDR sends a good message. The prospect clicks through to the founder's LinkedIn, then opens a new tab and searches the founder's name, then the company's. Nobody tracks this step, and it decides more replies than the subject line does. If either search comes back thin, confused or about someone else, the message goes quiet.
We have written about reaching the whole buying committee and about connections that accept but never reply. Both pieces end at the same place: a buyer checking whether you are who you say you are.
Tick what is true today. The meters show which record is carrying the deal and which one is leaking trust.
The founder
The company
Why a pair beats two separate jobs
Most agencies treat the founder and the company as two projects. Google treats them as two records that should point at each other. The founder's page says where they work. The company's page says who founded it. When both say so, in code and in plain text, each record makes the other more believable. When only one does, the link is a claim nobody confirmed.
| Founder record | Company record | The link between them | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home | A page about the founder on their own domain | The About page on the company site | Each links to the other in the first screen |
| Code | Says this is a person, and where they work | Says this is an organisation, and who founded it | The two point at each other by name and address |
| Profiles | Personal LinkedIn, YouTube, X | Company page, directories, review sites | Same founder name and company name, spelled one way |
| Outside mentions | Interviews, talks, guest pieces | Press, partner pages, client case studies | Pieces that name both, together |
Four layers, both sides, and the line between them.
The one thing everyone who has claimed a verified panel had in place before they tried.
Scope, line by line
| Line item | Founder | Company |
|---|---|---|
| Written read of both names, with the route each is on | Yes | Yes |
| Identity sentence and bios, written once and reused everywhere | Yes | Yes |
| A page about the founder on their own domain | Yes | Not needed |
| About page fixes on the company site | Not needed | Yes |
| Code that ties the two records together | Yes | Yes |
| Every profile brought into line | Personal profiles | Company page and directories |
| Outside mentions programme | Talks, podcasts, guest pieces | Partner and client pages, listings |
| Claim packet for the founder's own Google account | Yes | Where Google offers it |
| Each additional executive | Scoped separately, one person at a time |
No line is sold separately. The pair is the product.
Both names searched signed out, both records mapped, the route for each decided, all in writing.
The founder's page, the company's About page, and the code that links them, live and checked.
Every profile on both sides brought to the same names, photos and description.
Outside pages that name the founder and the company together, in the words you chose.
The claim packet, the account notes, and a dated record of what three AI assistants said about both names, for comparing later.
Not about panels directly. The LinkedIn Services section is often the first page a buyer clicks before they search, so it is worth fixing in the same pass.
Proof, not vibes
Founders and operators whose panels our team built. Click any one to see what Google shows today. Not every panel is at the same stage, and the table says so.

The clock, honestly
If a sales team wants a number to plan around, here it is: the record is finished inside a quarter, and on a strong founder the panel tends to show within the following two to three quarters. Anyone who promises a panel in thirty days is either guessing or doing something that gets panels removed.
Who it is for
- B2B companies where the founder is still the face of the sale
- Teams running outbound or ABM, where the prospect checks before replying
- Founders with real history: a company, talks, interviews, clients who would say so
- Anyone who needs a panel by a launch date
- A company with no public footprint at all yet. Start with the company page audit
- Anyone who wants reviews, press or awards manufactured
Rolling out to a leadership team? We recommend founder first, then one executive at a time, because every later record can point back at the founder's. No price on this page: the scope depends on both names, so you get it in writing after the read. Prefer to run it in house? The DIY checklist is the same method, in order.
